Adopt fitness and nutrition into YA's learning curriculum.
With the help of the NRL Bulldogs, we devised a short fitness routine the children can perform each morning in the centre - encouraging them to start their day with movement. We also created seasonal menu's ensuring the children have balanced nutrition across their daily meals and snacks.
